BEARMAN Online Coaching
Our online triathlon coaching program provides you with customised support and attention from your own experienced Triathlon Coach 24/7. We use the Training Peaks Platform to provide you with a fully interactive and customised triathlon training program filled with great information and valuable training and racing tools from one of our Four Experienced Coaches.
Once you have contacted us you are asked to complete our Online Coaching Questionnaire. once you hit send your potential new triathlon coach will take a look through all this in detail and contact you. You can both raise any questions you may have and more importantly start to get to know each other.
* There is a 3 month minimum sign up as each week is custom built for you and flexible for the number of months you require.
From this profile we gather detailed information about you, your training and racing history and your goals. It allows us to perform a full and thorough evaluation before building your annual training plan.
Using our training philosophy, your program gradually and progressively builds you into better triathlete, however old or young you are and whatever your current level. We help prepare you for the challenges of your race distance as well as specifically prepared objectives.
The training plan is built specifically for you, taking into account your commitments with regard to your family life, available training time, training facilities, equipment and club sessions etc. We cater for all levels of long distance triathletes from first time Ironman athletes through to current professionals.
Training Peaks Software
The training details for each and every session can bee seen on Training Peaks and are automatically emailed to you on a daily basis. No more guesswork on what triathlon training to do, just check your email or the day’s training schedule. This schedule incorporates every single workout. We will also list the purpose for each workout as well as any special instructions or goals for workouts and races.
The plan is built around the primary goal of your training cycle and along with your weekly feedback, is updated to reflect how your training is going. This plan is also adjusted whenever “life happens” and you need to change things around, it will also take into account other races you need to schedule in, in addition to the BEARMAN.
The Athlete’s Commitment
Online coaching is a two-way street and your feedback is essential. Just as we provide the training plans, we expect you to provide all the feedback that will allow us to help you achieve your best. Throughout the program we rely upon consistent weekly feedback via your online training diary, email, text or phone.
Letting your coach know the results of each key workout or races, any problems with the training, upcoming holidays, family commitments etc is essential. This allows us to make any necessary adjustments to the training schedule.
The schedule you receive is not set in stone but is a flexible work in progress. It is modified continually, based on your feedback and with the results of each workout and race.
Unlimited Contact With Your Coach
Unlike other coaching programs, we don’t limit the number of calls or emails from athletes. We wholeheartedly welcome and encourage your feedback as often as necessary, especially in the early part of the training schedule. Send us all your questions, let us know how things are going both physically and mentally. You are the only one who truly knows your body so we rely on your feedback to keep your program on the fast track to success.
Support and attention from your own Experienced Tri Coach 24/7. When you need your coach he will be there for you (skype, text, WhatsApp, email or phone calls), at anytime, except when we sleep!
Our online software provides fully interactive training and nutritional support. This gives you the ability to upload data from your heart rate, GPS and power meters (compatible with over 80 different devices). All this allows you to accurately record, monitor and analyse training and racing data and feed this automatically to your Triathlon Coach.

Your triathlon coach provides you with quality weekly triathlon training plans, designed to fit into your lifestyle and help achieve the best training adaption. We give detailed descriptions of workouts for each day of your program and periodisation to ensure you are 100% ready on race day.
Online Training Diary, Feedback and Forum
This allows you to record all of your triathlon training simply and fully. It also provides your coach with essential feedback and information on how you feel. Plus it gives your coach the opportunity to answer any questions that have arisen through your training.
Strength and Core Stability Training Sessions
This feature includes video footage and photography on how to perform strength and core conditioning exercises correctly to help compliment your swim, bike and run workouts.
The nutrition diary allows both you and your coach to monitor your eating habits, both good and bad, and helps us work on improvements.
Priority Booking & Discounts On All Our Triathlon Training Camps
All of our coached athletes qualify for priority booking on our triathlon training camps (they often fill up very quickly) and they get an automatic €10 per day discount.
